Have your say - vote for the best place to visit in Leicestershire

​It's British Tourism Week and ThisisLeicestershire wants to find the top places to visit in the Leicestershire and Rutlan.

The counties are brimming with great places to go including museums, parks, stately homes, gardens and visitor centres. But which is the best?

We have a shortlist of 15 locations based on suggestions made by you and now we want your vote.

Vote for the place you would recommend people go for a great time in Leicestershire.

Reader Linda Hill recommends Twycross Zoo. She said: "How can you resist all those gorgeous little creatures."
Jack Lewin loves Bradgate Park. He said: "Simply because it is beautiful, relaxing, fun for everyone and free! Not only that, but it is home to some beautiful wildlife and scenery. Plus in the winter there's no better place to go sledging!"
Great Central Railway is nominated by Mark A for its fascinating mix of timeless history and might-have-beens.
David Gavins loves Rutland Water. he said: "If you want to do lot's or just do very little - perfect for either."
