Chef making his mark

A Samoan man is in charge of the kitchen at one of the most luxurious hotels in town.
Meet Sinapati Popa, a 48-year-old father from Solosolo whose cooking skills has amazed Tanoa Hotel guests and kept them wanting more.

Mr Popa spoke to Samoa Observer about life in an apron and the thrills and joys he receives from making a hearty, satisfying meal for his customers.
