Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sa'ilele Malielegaoi has praised the latest initiative by mobile telecommunication giant, Digicel Samoa Ltd - with the support of key partners - to help the people of Samoa.
Tuilaepa launched the ground-breaking ?Digicel Mobile Money? yesterday where users will transfer money, top up mobile credit for friends and family using their mobiles.
