PM expresses Samoa's sympathies to Japanese PM, Naoto Kan

Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sa?ilele Malielegaoi has expressed to the people of Japan Samoa?s deepest sympathies.

It follows the devastation caused by the earthquake and tsunami on Thursday night.
In a letter to Japan Prime Minister, Naoto Kan, Tuilaepa said Samoa was heartbroken to see the devastating images from the disaster. His letter in full reads:
