Former Cabinet Minister Leafa Vitale could be among thirty-five prisoners granted amnesty yesterday on the celebration of Samoa?s 50th Independence Anniversary.
The amnesty was announced by the Head of State, His Highness Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi. He was addressing the nation during the 50th Independence parade at Malae Tiafau, Mulinu?u.
