A seventeen-year-old schoolboy, who faces a charge of carnal knowledge, has been granted bail on the condition that he has to return to school. The matter was presided over by Justice Vui Clarence Nelson in the Supreme Court, last week.
The boy?s name or any other information that could identify him have been suppressed. Justice Vui, however, ordered that he be allowed out on bail to await his sentencing at 12:30pm on Tuesday 17 April 2012.
