Sititi as Manu coach?

The next Manu Samoa coach was decided last night at the Samoa Rugby Union?s board meeting.  Mr Tom Coventry, Manu Samoa?s assistant coach last year doesn?t know who it is but he is adamant Lemalu Matautia Semo Sititi would make a great future coach.

?The good thing about Semo,? says Mr Coventry, ?is he?s just stepped out of playing so his knowledge of the modern day game is probably a head?s up on Dave [Rennie], Wayne [Smith] and myself.? Lemalu told the Samoa Observer in Auckland he did not apply for the current post but confirmed his future ambition.

?Sure, my aim is to one day coach the Manu and the current coaching job, to be honest, is too early for me.? Even though he?s had pressure from current players to apply, ?I know where I am, and right now things have to be done right.
