He is suffering from a broken hip lying in the Acute 7 ward of Tupua Tamsese Meaole hospital, but 27 year old Oloie Fa?ato?a is ?happy to be alive?. He was crushed by a forklift while trying to unravel a chain tied to it last Wednesday at his home village of Sa?asa?ai, Savai?i.
Fa?ato?a was taken to the Malietoa Tanumafili II Hospital at Tuasivi for treatment but was rushed to Tupua Tamasese Meaole Hospital on Friday because his condition had deteriorated.
